New Porsche 911 Turbo Bellevue
The year 2013 marks the 50th anniversary of the Porsche 911 in Bellevue and the 40th anniversary of the new Porsche 911 Turbo. In celebration of these milestones, Porsche is releasing a new Turbo and Turbo S model. The new Porsche 911 Turbo and 911 Turbo S will feature wide two-tone rear body panels, 20-inch wheels, spoilers and aerodynamic scoops and new LED lights on the Turbo S, though optional on the Turbo. Porsche Boxster in Bellevue
The new Porsche Boxster in Bellevue is one of the best ranking luxury sports cars on the U.S. market. With chart-topping performance numbers, an upgraded interior cabin and new exterior styling guaranteed to turn any head, reviewers agree the Porsche Boxster is still, as it has always been, one of the most desirably sports cars around.
According to an article published by USNews, “…test drivers agree that if performance is a top priority, it’s tough to beat the Porsche Boxster. The Boxster has been thoroughly redesigned for 2013, and reviewers say that although it’s slightly larger than the outgoing model, all of that well-known Boxster goodness carries over.”
The automotive industry at large agrees this Boxster is the best yet, adopting several higher-priced attributes from Porsche vehicles at the top end. With a longer wheelbase and wider stance, the Porsche Boxster can handle the streets as well as it can handle the open road or the race track.

Maria Sharapova Partners Up With Porsche
In what may be a surprise announcement to some, German car maker Porsche announced on Monday that its first global endorser would be a woman. Porsche in Bellevue is a brand dominated by male buyers, but the auto maker chose Maria Sharapova to be the face of it’s company for the next three years.
Her agent, Max Eisenbud said “This says a lot about her longevity and her brand power, to have a company like Porsche that is so high-end and so meticulous to allow her to sand next to their car says a lot.” Sharapova was a winner at last year’s Porsche Tennis Grand Prix and we believe that Sharapova and Porsche are a winning combination.
While Maria Sharapova is a great addition to the Porsche brand, with cars like the 911 Turbo Porsche will always remain a popular vehicle for high-end car buyers. Just see for yourself and come down to Barrier Porsche and test drive any of are models. We can’t wait to see you behind the wheel of any model of an amazing brand.

The New Porsche 911 at the Geneva Motor Show
Volvo has condensed their available model line in the U.S. to the five most popular models. As the popularity of vehicle body types is changing in the U.S., so are the available vehicles. The wagon and larger SUVs have become not nearly as popular as crossovers, mid-size sedans and practical small cars. This has inspired Volvo to cut their coupe and convertible model in the U.S., leaving three crossovers and two sedans, like the new Volvo S60 in Bellevue.
Volvo is refreshing or redesigning every vehicle available in the U.S. over the next couple of years. They are now considering bringing back a newly designed full wagon vehicle to be apart of this lineup, as it was the family wagon that originally made Volvo so popular in the ’80s.
The newly designed vehicle are getting Volvo plenty of automotive media attention and have caused prediction of higher sales and bigger chunk of the market share in America.

Porsche Unveils New 911 GT3
During this year’s Geneva Auto Show, where globally popular vehicles make their world debuts, Porsche unveiled their brand new Porsche 911 GT3, set to be released for the next model year. This will be the fastest and most powerful GT3 yet, topping out at a 0-60 time of 3.3 seconds and a maximum speed of 196 MPH.
This new Porsche 911 in Bellevue will be powered by a 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine providing 475 horsepower and 325 lb ft of torque. It will be assisted by forged pistons and titanium rods, hollow valve stems and its lighter weight. Now, if these numbers mean little or nothing to you, let’s just say this car can snap your head back with its powerful acceleration, and drive you faster than you’ve ever been driven before, (unless you’ve raced performance vehicles on the race track).
Though Porsche has stuck with the same iconic base design for decades, this new 911 GT3 has a sleeker and updated exterior style.

The New Porsche Cayman and Porsche Cayman S
Porsche has seen plenty of face time in the automotive media over the past few weeks, being proclaimed one of the best brands by J.D. Power and most well-made brands by Consumer Reports. Buying a Porsche does not simply grant one a truly superior vehicle that will last longer than most, but it opens up an entire world of ultra-luxury and ownership of one of the highest-performing production vehicles on the planet.
The new Porsche Cayman in Bellevue is ready for the next generation of the roadster, with every better and ready for even more performance. The base model Porsche Cayman will have 275 horsepower to its name, but much more on the higher models. There Porsche Cayman S, for example, has an enhanced 3.4-liter engine providing 325 horsepower and 272 lb ft of torque.
Both this next-generation Cayman and Cayman S will sport Porsche’s six-speed transmission, though an optional seven-speed dual-clutch with steering-wheel mounted shifters is also available.
