Barrier Porsche is pleased that for the 7th year in a row, Porsche has ranked as the highest overall band in the highly recognized Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study. The APEAL study itself has been around for 16 years, and is significant due to its ability to measure the passion of vehicle owners. This includes car owners views on design, layout, content, and overall performance.
Porsche once again outdid itself, recieving an overall nameplate score of an impressive 879 out of 1,000 points. This is 2 points higher than its winning score in 2010.
It is also important to note that the Cayenne SUV took first place in its segment, and the Porsche 911 Carrera has gained the most points in its class. There are 10 different categories used in these rankings, which includes driving dynamics and design as well as daily driving ability.
